Kanwerk provides coworking space, meeting rooms, and related services in George, Western Cape. You agree to:

• Follow our community guidelines and house rules

Membership and payments

Membership fees and day pass rates are subject to our current pricing schedule. Payment terms include:

• Monthly memberships are billed in advance
• Day passes must be paid at the time of use
• Refunds are subject to our cancellation policy
• We reserve the right to update pricing with 30 days notice

Facility rules

To ensure a positive experience for all members:

• Maintain reasonable noise levels during working hours
• Clean up after yourself in shared spaces
• Do not leave personal belongings unattended overnight
• Use designated areas for phone calls and video conferences
• Follow health and safety guidelines

Liability and responsibility

While we strive to provide a safe and secure environment:

• Kanwerk is not liable for theft, damage, or loss of personal property
• Members use facilities at their own risk
• You are responsible for your own insurance coverage
• We recommend securing valuable items and backing up important work
